Cardinal Tissue Group produces a selection of napkin products composed of high-quality tissue. Founded in Canada in 2017, we continue to manufacture all of our products in Canada, delivering custom printed napkins our customers can rely on. As of October 18 2022, Cardinal Tissue Group was acquired by Atlas Packaging Inc. (An Inteplast Group Company) located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Cardinal serves the North American market, and as a member of the Atlas Packaging family, we will have access to more resources and efficiency in our operations to better serve you. Our high-quality napkins and printing options for your needs, as well as our stellar customer service, will remain a priority for our team. Cardinal will remain as a family operated entity so from the start, working with us means working with family.

Where do we source our tissue paper?
We source our tissue from multiple paper mills across North America. We only use high-quality 100% recycled tissue to manufacture our napkins.
do we manufacture custom printed napkins?
Yes, that is our specialty! We can print almost anything with up to 2 colours on select lines.
what are your minimums?
We pride ourselves on having very low minimums. Minimums vary depending on if you plan on picking up the products at our facility or would like the products shipped to you. Generally, its 1 skid minimum orders for pickup and 3 skids for delivery within the GTA. Custom printed products will have lower minimums.
